Cardiovascular Disease: What We Can Do to Help!


There are many ways we can lower our risk for cardiovascular disease and inspire our loved ones to do the same. You can learn about you and your families’ risk for CVD and act to improve it. A few ideas for how to lower your risk include lowering tobacco and alcohol use, increasing exercise, eating healthier, and ensuring that children eat healthy. The burden of cardiovascular disease can be reduced if we all act together!
